The applicant must meet the following criteria: 1) not to be in the process of liquidation or reorganization; 2) no rehabilitation or bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against him; 3) the property has not been seized, and the activity has not been suspended; 4) there is no tax debt; 5) has not previously received and/or does not receive funding/grant from Astana Hub for the implementation of its project; 6) have a team consisting of at least 3 people; 7) have a certificate of completion of acceleration programs or be a member of technology centers; 8) activities correspond to the priority areas of AI, Blockchain, Defense tech, Space tech, Game dev, Hardware, Smart city .
